wow!!!!! this place is so different! but amazing! i love logan! i miss all my friends though..its weird not being able to hang out every night and seeing new people.. well theres some people up here from hillcrest, quite interesting.. but definitely cute boys!! haven't met too many in the ward yet but we'll see! two guys in our connections group asked for our numbers today and now we're hanging with them tonight! man they're hot lol. my cousin has realized i'm a nerd..but a very cute nerd, make all the boys jaws drop! hehe. its so weird though because i still feel like i'll be coming home any day now and won't be living here..wow! my roommates are freakin awesome! Melanie and Marral are juniors and totally fun! turns out they're vl..so i feel kinda weird! we watch chick flicks constantly, tons of gilmore girls, and cute boys of course.
Now for the most awkward thing ever. Let me introduce you to..da da da da! Marcus.
Marcus is a returned missionary from texas who attended byu previously..he should have stayed. He lives across from us in our other apartment building. well tradition is you leave your door open so people can just walk in and socialize (mainly all guys, but hey i'm not complaining!). so marcus just came on in and plopped himself down on the floor during our movie making himself right at home. he asked every possible question and a few gay babies were born from the awkwardness (sorry murray high joke). then we asked why he moved to our building and he said "i just had a strong feeling about it, who knows, maybe my future wife lives here." he scanned the room looking at each of us..AHH!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!! RETURNED MISSIONARIES ON THE LOOSE!!! but yeah..so a few other guys popped in for a couple seconds, along with all the bugs that marcus tried to save us from (yeah did NOT work). unlike the rest, he ended up staying almost an hour and a half even though we hinted and started doing chores around the apartment. STILL DIDN"T GET THE FREAKIN PICTURE!!!!! what do we have to do? kick him out? and now he sat on our couch and we can't sit there..we had to disinfect the apartment. Imagine Deveril (spelling probably wrong) from the singles ward..Marcus is him without the glasses. Hopefully he won't sit with us at church...
